the staff was super helpful and friendly! i appreciated the free upgrade to a suite upon arrival, it was a very welcome surprise. the hotel is close to local shops and bus routes, so getting around was easy.

the building doesn't have elevators, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is a short walk to local shops and also provides convenient access to main bus routes, so transport around the area is straightforward. it is a five minute drive to city hospital too. That is very practical for visitors. this accessibility is very convenient.

The manager gave a warm welcome, which i appreciated greatly. the staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. They made everything easier. i found them helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Their service was amazing

the room was clean i guess the beds was ok.

the heater did not work until i got in my room it was really cold. the toilet too was freezing. i did not get warm enough to remove my jacket for ages that night.

The room was spacious and very nice. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower. The hotel is well located for accessing the city. A bus stop is just around the corner, I found this very useful. Uber rides into the city cost about £6.

I found the duvet a bit too warm and the pillows a bit hard.
